One heck of a Black Friday... I think we got the best deal ever!! :)

Sweet Caroline.. SWEETHEART

After one great day of shopping the black Friday deals, on November 29, 2013, David and I decided to drop Ellie off at her grandparent Cook's house just incase I should by chance go into labor, kinda thought it was the night!. After visiting with everyone for a while David and I decided to take advantage of the night and have a date at Yamoto's Japanese Steak house. After our meal we got back to the house about 7:30 and asked David "what do you think about going and picking up Ellie for the night, I am not going to go into labor tonight" and within a couple of minutes my water broke!!! We got in the car thinking we had plenty of time and there was no reason to rush. However, David apparently could hear it in my voice and knew we were out of time and raced to the hospital! Upon arrival he had to run and get me a wheel chair and rush me in. The nurses took me into the triage while David checked us in at 8:25. Caroline had decided not to wait any longer and was on the way! The nurses rushed me into the delivery room and didn't even have time to take off my Fripp Hoodie!! Then after no pain medicine at 8:57 beautiful Caroline was born. Weighing 7lbs 1oz she was just perfect and we could not have been any more excited to meet our new baby girl!

WOW... that was crazy!!

After settling down for a minute we then decided to call all the grand parents to let them know that Caroline was here and doing great! However, Nana didn't believe David at the time and even asked where he got the sound of a baby crying!! haha. Everyone was very excited and shocked that we were at dinner at 7:30 and holding Caroline at 8:57!! What an exciting, stressful night!!
