7 Months! SUMMER has ARRIVED

The fun has started! Caroline can sit up for longer periods of time and is all about some food.  We only have been giving her the baby mush with oatmeal but she isn’t picky.  She loves carrots, green beans, peas and have waited until next month for the fruits – didn’t want to start her off with the GOOD STUFF.

Caroline seems to be wanting to go to bed a little earlier than in the past, by 6:30 pm she is wanting her bottle and knocking out.  I would like more time with her since we are getting home until 5:30 pm on the week days, but if she wants to sleep we will let her, much better than a FUSSY baby.  The positive is she is still sleeping until 6:30 –7 am in the morning.  Still taking 8 oz. in the morning and then 6 oz. every 3-4 hours and LAST bottle 8 oz. – sometimes a mid-day bottle is dropped if she’s tired or just not feeling it…  We have also moved up to the Stage 3 diapers (TMI?).

 BIG MONTH this month...
The Martindales came to visit and love on my babies... I am so lucky to have so many friends with children that love my babies so much! <3

Father's Day we got to go to Charleston with Grandmother and Grandfather Cook to enjoy the beach and inlet!
 My babies are so loved!!

Alot of pictures were taken for about an hour ride with the girls... It was pretty HOT and at that moment were not sharing the same love as their Daddy for boats... haha

Such a great time down at Isle of Palms with the Cooks.

Cannot get enough of this cute little face! She is just a squirming around...
We also had some friends over to grill out with girls around the same age as Ellie! They had a great time swimming, seeing the horses and playing on the playground.

PS – sorry if this is way more information than you wanted to know, but I feel like this can be a good reference for IF we have another child (that will be DOWN THE ROAD) because I find myself going back to Ellie’s monthly updates wishing I had written more to guide me through the process again.  (Even though it was only a year and half ago….)

Some additional pictures...
Ellie's first hair cut away from the house... David's response was - that's it... I do that already...

Bradley's Birthday Party.

Who cares if its raining... i want to sing in the rain! Two peas in a pot....

Ellie starting to warm up to the beach...
Lil Princess needs food and off the sand to be content...
One of my favorites of Ellie and David dancing at the Pavilon in Wild Dunes! <3
Daddy's lil girl!!

Silly girls playing with Mama's hat for the Belmont Race

We also celebrated David's Birthday out in Charleston on the water!
